INVITATION TO BID:

The Johnson County Commission is requesting bids for paving oil for chip and seal projects to be done on county roads.

Bid requests are for the following:

MC 30 – COST PER GALLON

MC 3000 – COST PER GALLON

* Please include the hauling charge

Sealed bids will be accepted in the County Clerk’s Office no later than 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 28, 2007, at which time bids will be opened in the Commissioner’s Office. The words “OIL BID” must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope containing said bid.

The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and may select the bid which they determine to be most advantageous.
