INVITATION TO BID:

The Johnson County Commission is requesting bids for aluminized spiral pipe in 12, 14 and 16 gauge to be delivered to the Road and Bridge Department.

Pipe dimensions and quantities are as follows:

(27) – 15” X 34’ – 16 ga

(27) – 18” X 34’ – 16 ga

(27) – 24” X 34’ – 16 ga

(18) – 36” X 34’ – 14 ga

(9) – 36” X 40’ – 14 ga

(8) – 48” X 34’ – 14 ga

(1) – 72” x 45’ – 12 ga – 3 x 1 or 5 x 1 (delivered to work site)

(1) – 84” x 40’ – 12 ga – 3 x 1 or 5 x 1 (delivered to work site)

Delivered to Johnson County Hwy Dept Lot at (unless specified):

335 E. North St

Warrensburg, Mo. 64093

All bids must include a delivery date.

Sealed bids will be accepted in the County Clerk’s Office no later than 1:30 p.m., Monday, April 14, 2008, at which time bids will be opened in the Commissioner’s Office. The words “SPIRAL PIPE BID” must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope containing said bid.

The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and may select the bid which they determine to be most advantageous.
